Children’s Hospital Foundation

Together we can be the difference every kid deserves. We are proud to announce we have partnered with the Children’s Hospital Foundation to make a difference in Children’s lives.
We understand how important it is to help our healthcare community and the patients they serve, which is why we have chosen to work with the Children’s Hospital Foundation to provide a variety of donation and volunteer opportunities for our team and our wider Cornerstone Community. Just one of the ways we are supporting the Foundation is through Placements with Impact, where a percentage of the placement is donated to further the world-class care and treatment for sick and injured kids.
The Children’s Hospital Foundation supports sick and injured kids and their families. They do this through providing entertainment and support, funding vital research and new equipment. They impact families from all over Queensland and Northern New South Wales. We want to help our community from the city to regional, rural and remote areas.
Our team, along with the team at the Children’s Hospital Foundation, kicked off the partnership for International Nurses Day and National Administrative Professionals Day, by handing out thank you cookies and cards to the staff at the Queensland Children’s Hospital. We were lucky enough to tour the facilities, meet some of the families and children as well as the staff at the hospital.
Hearing their stories and seeing the impact the foundation has made through donations for research and equipment is empowering.
“It has been our goal to partner with a healthcare charity in our community and to make a positive impact on our healthcare community and the people they help everyday” says Samantha Miklos (CEO).
We are so excited to be partnering with the Children’s Hospital Foundation and exploring ways that we can make a difference in our community. Keep an eye out for upcoming fundraising initiatives as together we can be the difference every kid deserves.
