Your role will include:

• Driving team and individual results, morale, customer engagement, career development and of course – the fun!
• Working with the Recruitment Manager to develop ambitious and innovative quarterly and annual strategy plans
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients, acting as a trusted advisor in their recruitment needs
• Proactively sourcing and attracting high-calibre healthcare professionals through various channels
• Identifying and driving marketing opportunities to build brand awareness and talent pools for your division
