The Ideal Candidate

Do you have the heart and skills to transform the clients’ lives for the better? If you work with respect, compassion, connection, and integrity, then you are the perfect fit!

• Bachelor of Nursing qualification with current AHPRA registration
• Minimum of 5 years full time post registration experience, with a minimum of 3 years full time, with a strong focus on aged care, chronic disease management and palliative care.
• Extensive clinical experience working within residential and community aged care with residents/consumers living with advanced chronic disease and frailty.
• Proven record of experience in project management and reporting, development and review of policies, clinical guidelines and clinical pathways / frameworks.
• Full working rights in Australia, sponsorship maybe available for the right skills
