We’re seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to provide exceptional care to our elderly residents. The Facility:

The facility has a capacity of 120 beds Excitingly, a new facility will be opening next year, providing even more opportunities for growth!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care, addressing residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with residents and their families
  • Administer medications and treatments as per care plans and medical instructions
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal resident care
  • Monitor and report on the health and well-being of residents
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation

Requirements:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
  • A genuine passion for aged care and commitment to person-centered care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently
  • Must have full Australian working rights
  • New graduates are welcome to apply!
