CLINICAL MANAGER – RELOCATE TO TAMWORTH, NSW

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Clinical Manager to join a well-established aged care provider in TAMWORTH, NSW. The Role:
As a Clinical Manager, you will be an integral part of the leadership team, working closely with the Residential Manager and two other Clinical Managers to oversee clinical operations for a 144-bed aged care residence. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, mentoring staff, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of clinical professionals and care staff
- Oversee clinical governance and ensure high-quality care delivery
- Manage admissions, care planning, and clinical assessments
- Ensure compliance with accreditation and funding requirements
- Implement quality improvement initiatives and infection control measures
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with current AHPRA registration
- 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Manager or in a similar aged care leadership role
- Strong clinical knowledge and assessment skills
- Proven experience in staff supervision and professional development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with clinical software systems
- Postgraduate qualifications in gerontology (desirable)
