Your Opportunity
Utilising your existing recruitment knowledge and backed by our leading Learning & Development programs, you will become the market specialist in your sector and position yourself as the go-to person for your clients and candidates.

Your role will include:

    • A ‘360’ approach, you will work with both businesses and candidates. Utilising our superb network and brand, you’ll build relationships with existing clients and pursue new business opportunities within your division, as well as connect with talented candidates to match dream positions with genuine purpose. 
    • You’ll work with our in-house marketing team to continually develop our well-known brand and reach more of the medical workforce, increasing our impact on Australian communities.
    • Committing to our strong focus on customer satisfaction (which has earned us an esteemed reputation in the industry!), you will get to know your clients and candidates to deeply understand their needs and make rewarding job placements.
    • With our in-house Learning & Development programs, external training sessions and structured career progression, you’ll continually develop your expertise and take your career to new heights!

About You
You’ll be an experienced recruitment professional with:

    • A proven track record of exceeding targets and KPIs
    • Exceptional relationship management skills, able to build long lasting relationships, often over the phone
    • A commercial mindset, able to present recruitment services and solutions to potential clients
    • An expert at proactively sourcing and attracting high-calibre candidates through various channels
    • Resiliency, you strive for excellence and are a curious person who explores new ways of doing and drives opportunities.

We’d also like to hear from you if you’ve not yet had recruitment experience, but you’re an experienced and passionate sales professional from the healthcare industry.
