Job Opportunity: Clinical Care & Quality Advisor

Location: Woolloongabba, QLD
Reports To: Clinical Care & Quality Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Care & Quality Advisor to join our team. This key role focuses on incident management, quality improvement, compliance, and performance across there network. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care, driving continuous improvement, and providing support to franchise owners and care staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Serious Incident Response Scheme (SIRS) incidents and report to the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission (ACQSC)
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, My Aged Care, and Home Care Packages (HCP) requirements
• Oversee Home Care Package expense management and approval
• Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies
• Provide education and training to franchise owners and care staff
• Handle complaints and incidents to ensure client satisfaction and regulatory compliance

What You Bring:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital or community setting
• Strong knowledge of the aged care industry and continuous improvement practices
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and report writing skills
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and build a positive, supportive team culture
• A current Australian Federal Police Clearance Certificate and valid driver’s license
