We are looking for permanent grade 2 and grade 3 clinical pharmacist for a public hospital located in the picturesque region of Gippsland.

• Perform comprehensive medication reviews, offering tailored recommendations for safe and effective medication use.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to enhance patient care and treatment plans.
• Provide expert clinical pharmacy services across a variety of medical specialties, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
• Engage in health education and promotion activities, contributing to patient awareness and community health initiatives.
• Offer guidance and mentorship to junior pharmacists and healthcare staff, fostering professional development and teamwork.

What we are looking for:

• AHPRA Registration
• 2+ years of Australian hospital clinical pharmacy experience
• iPharmacy software experience is highly desired but not essential
