Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or healthcare team.

• Assist with medication administration as per scope of practice and facility guidelines.

• Support patients with activities of daily living, including mobility, hygiene, and nutrition.

• Monitor and report changes in patient conditions to the healthcare team.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

• Adhere to infection control and workplace safety protocols.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Requirements:

• Active Enrolled Nurse (EN) registration with AHPRA (or eligibility for registration in applicable regions).

• Minimum of three years of clinical experience in a hospital, aged care, or community health setting.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Willingness to travel and adapt to different healthcare environments.

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
