• AHPRA registration
• Experience in managing teams and fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• The ability to oversee budgets and financial planning.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
• A commitment to creating a high-quality experience for residents and staff.
