Caseload & Role Overview
- Make a real impact by working with clients aged 65+ under My Aged Care (no NDIS), helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life.
- Provide tailored support through home care packages, including home modifications and equipment prescription, ensuring clients have the resources they need to live safely and comfortably.
- Work in the community, visiting clients in their homes to deliver personalised, one-on-one care where it matters most.
- Enjoy flexibility, with client visits in the field and remote work-from-home options for admin tasks, allowing for a balanced and adaptable schedule – enjoy full admin support from an in-house admin team.
