Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist ready to step into a leadership role? We are seeking a dedicated OT Team Leader / Allied Health Manager to join our dynamic team in North Brisbane. This is a fantastic opportunity to take a leading role in shaping and expanding a multidisciplinary allied health services, working across the lifespan of our clients.

About the Role:
As the OT Team Leader, you will guide and support the team in the delivery of exceptional clinical services. This role involves working towards the integration of Speech Therapy, focusing on enhancing client care through interdisciplinary service delivery. You will oversee clinical practices and processes, ensuring the highest standards in client care are maintained.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of clinicians, providing line management, supervision, and ongoing support.
  • Developing and implementing a clinical supervision program for therapists.
  • Collaborating closely with the Speech Pathology Service Leader to help develop and enhance Adult Speech Pathology and Paediatric OT Services.
  • Ensuring clinical excellence and the smooth operation of client care processes across both paediatric and adult populations.

About You:

  • Proven experience as an Occupational Therapist with a demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage clinical services.
  • Strong understanding of interdisciplinary service delivery and client care processes.
  • Passion for developing and mentoring clinicians and fostering a supportive team culture.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across multidisciplinary teams.
  • A commitment to excellence in client care and continuous improvement.

The Benefits:

  • Competitive salary package: $100,000 – $130,000 + Super (depending on experience).
