OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST – COMMUNITY

THE ROLE
Join a growing multidisciplinary team providing in-home aged care services under My Aged Care Home Care Packages (HCP). Your responsibilities include:
Initial assessments & functional capacity evaluations Home modifications & equipment recommendations Reviews & consultations with case managers Work from home (no office required)
