We’re on the lookout for a passionate, experienced Speech Pathologist to join our friendly team in a well-established private practice. This is a permanent, full-time role with an immediate start, where you’ll be working with paediatric clients who have complex disabilities. With 95% of our caseload supported by the NDIS, you’ll be making a real difference in the lives of children and their families.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering high-quality speech therapy to kids with complex disabilities, 100% of whom are NDIS clients.
• Working in a fully clinic-based environment (no external appointments!).
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support clients’ unique needs.
• Educating and guiding families to ensure the best outcomes for their children.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-3 years of experience as a Speech Pathologist, particularly with paediatrics.
• Strong experience working with children with complex disabilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a clinic setting.
• A real passion for helping kids and families achieve their goals.
