Seeking an AHPRA-registered pharmacist with Australian hospital experience for a regional public hospital role. This is an opportunity to gain valuable clinical experience while making a meaningful impact on the community. Short-term and ongoing contracts available.
Requirements
- AHPRA registration (essential)
- Australian hospital pharmacy experience (required)
- Strong communication skills and adaptability
- Willingness to travel and work in regional settings
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality pharmaceutical care and medication management
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Conduct medication reviews and provide clinical advice
