The Opportunity:

CMR is proud to present an exciting leadership role for an experienced and driven Regional Manager based in Katherine. In this senior position, you will oversee a broad portfolio of programs including counselling, family and domestic violence prevention, housing support, and financial wellbeing.

You’ll provide strategic oversight, build strong community partnerships, manage a multidisciplinary team, and play a key role in expanding service delivery in the region. This is a meaningful opportunity to work with a values-driven organisation making a lasting impact in the Northern Territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and support regional teams to deliver high-impact social services.
  • Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders including Aboriginal organisations, government bodies, and local communities.
  • Identify regional service gaps and implement responsive, community-led service models.
  • Ensure program compliance, risk management, and alignment with organisational strategy.
  • Provide supervision, support, and development opportunities for staff.
  • Oversee regional operations including facilities, WHS, reporting, and site administration.
  • Maintain a strong safeguarding culture, ensuring child protection standards are upheld.

Qualifications:
