The Role

As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will manage a large existing caseload of paediatric and adolescent clients on the autism spectrum and help them in achieving their full potential. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with educational professionals, families, and a multidisciplinary team to create and implement individualised therapy plans. This role offers the right candidate the opportunity to invest in a growing business and help shape the future of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop personalised therapy plans
  • Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions
  • Work collaboratively with a local school to support clients educational and developmental needs
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records
  • Engage in continuous professional development and supervision
  • Lead and supervise junior OT staff and grow your team

The Benefits

  • $90,000 – $130,000 per annum, based on experience
