We are seeking a Speech Pathologist to join a highly supportive and client-focused team providing quality care to NDIS participants. This role offers the flexibility to work within 30 minutes of your home, with full autonomy over your schedule and a strong focus on work-life balance. You’ll be backed by a multidisciplinary team, including senior clinicians, to help you grow and deliver exceptional care.

About the Role

• Manage a mixed or paediatric caseload (target: 25 billable hours per week, including travel and admin).

• Conduct in-home assessments and deliver evidence-based therapy.

• Set meaningful goals and recommend assistive technology for improved independence.

• Collaborate with families, referrers, and allied health professionals.

• Maintain clear case notes and reports.

About You

• CPSP-certified Speech Pathologist (SPA member) with two or more years of experience (NDIS preferred).

• Full driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally.
