Remuneration: $80,000 – $120,000 + Super + Commission (based on experience)
Relocation Assistance: Available for the right candidate

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Speech Pathologist to join our growing private practice on Bribie Island. This is a brand-new role with the opportunity to help shape and grow a service from the ground up in a supportive and collaborative environment.

About the Role:

• Newly created position – no existing caseload

• Flexibility to work independently, with support from an on-site Occupational Therapist

• Work with a diverse caseload (paediatrics and adults) – or focus on paediatrics only if preferred

• Flexible hours – full time or part time considered

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based speech pathology services across a mixed or paediatric-focused caseload

• Build and manage your own caseload over time

• Collaborate with allied health professionals to support holistic client care

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold professional standards

About You:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a qualified Speech Pathologist

• Member of Speech Pathology Australia with current registration

• Confident, independent clinician with a passion for client-centred care

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively
