Location: Coogee, WA
Practice: New Purpose-Built Medical Centre (Opening September)
This two-story, purpose-built facility is under construction, with plans to open in September. This is an excellent opportunity for a VR GP to join their team, with full nurse support and a range of allied health services on-site.

Key Details:

• Location: Coogee, close to the beach and coffee shops
• Opening: September 2025 (construction set to complete by mid-July)
• Practice: Two-story medical centre with a pharmacy, physiotherapy, psychologist, and pathology on-site. Radiology located just 8 minutes away at sister practice.
• Billing: Mixed billing model (70% of billings, case-by-case arrangement)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, no weekends or after-hours required
• Technology: Best Practice linked system for smooth patient management
• Support: Full-time nursing support available
• Treatment Facilities: 4-bed treatment room, individual consultation rooms (8 GPs, most with windows)
• DPA Location: Eligible for GPs under 19AB restrictions (DPA location)
• Relocation: Relocation assistance can be discussed
• Sponsorship: Can be offered – no level 1 or 2 supervision
