Seeking a VR GP to join a vibrant, community-focused health centre providing a broad range of primary healthcare services.

Committed to delivering quality care to the community, offering a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team environment. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated General Practitioner (GP) to join their team of healthcare professionals and contribute to their mission of improving health outcomes for individuals and families.

Position Highlights:

• Mixed Billing structure
• 6 Consult Rooms
• 3 GPs currently
• 2 Full-Time Nurses providing support
• Onsite Allied Health services including Physio, OT, Podiatry, Dietitian, Carer Support Worker, and Legal services
• Paediatric services with an in-clinic Paediatrician
• Therapy programs available to clients
• A comprehensive range of primary health services including drug and alcohol support

Salary and Entitlements include:

• Annual Leave: 4 weeks + 4 days (full-time equivalent)
• Leave Loading: 17.5% on total accrual
• Compassionate Leave: 5 days paid per instance (full-time equivalent)
• Superannuation: Paid in alignment with Superannuation legislation, including ordinary hours of work, overtime, and applicable allowances
• Paid Parental Leave: 6-12 months eligibility, with up to 8-14 weeks paid leave depending on service
• Family Violence Leave: 20 days per annum (non-cumulative)
• Personal Leave: Up to 190 hours pro-rata per annum
• Family Leave: Entitlement honoured for the first 12 months of employment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality medical care to patients in a friendly, supportive environment
• Work closely with a team of GPs, nurses, and allied health professionals
• Contribute to the health and wellbeing of the local community
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training
