We’re excited to share that we’ve been named a finalist in the 2024 APSCo Awards for Excellence – recognised in not one, but three categories: Best Brand, Best Performance (Large Teams) and Best Learning & Development (L&D) Program! This recognition shines a spotlight on the heart of what we do, building a brand that people trust and nurturing the professional growth of our incredible team.
The Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo) provides a distinctive voice for recruitment agencies committed to excellence (like us!), offering internationally recognised badges of quality for both candidates and employers. We are stoked to be recognised among the best in country, and we’re grateful for the continued support from APSCo in helping us grow.
Being shortlisted for Best L&D Program is an extra special milestone for cmr, especially since we only introduced the L&D program in 2023! At cmr, we believe continuous learning is key to personal and professional success and are passionate about fostering an environment that encourages growth, engagement, and professional development for our team members.
The finalist nomination comes off the back of winning the Best Workplace Culture award last year, and we’re beyond thrilled to be in the running as finalists for multiple categories again. As an award-winning recruitment agency, we’re passionate about ensuring that both our people and our clients experience the highest level of service and support.
The winners will be announced on October 17 at the APSCo Australia Gala Dinner in Melbourne, so stay tuned for more updates as we look forward to the final results of the 2024 APSCo Awards!
