cmr win APSCo Best Brand and L&D Program of the Year!
We’re excited to share that cmr has secured two major wins at the 2024 APSCo Awards for Excellence, taking home Best Brand of the Year and Learning & Development Program of the Year!
This recognition highlights two key aspects of what we aim to achieve – building a trusted brand and nurturing the professional growth of our incredible team.

The APSCo Awards for Excellence are renowned for celebrating the very best in recruitment, and to be recognised in two categories highlights the heart of what we do at cmr.
Our Best Brand of the Year win acknowledges the dedication of our marketing and people teams in shaping a brand that healthcare professionals across Australia can rely on.
The Learning & Development Program of the Year award is a testament to the rapid evolution and impact of our L&D initiatives, which were only introduced in 2023. As Amanda Brennan, our Head of Learning and Development, shared:
“When we first introduced our training initiatives, the goal was to provide a strong foundation for new recruits through face-to-face sessions. Since then, the program has evolved into a fully blended approach, combining digital and in-person training that caters to every learning style, making it mandatory for all new starters, regardless of experience.”
Amanda Brennan, Head of Learning and Development
These wins are especially significant following our previous recognition in the APSCo Awards for Excellence, where we secured the Best Workplace Culture award last year. Being named a finalist in three categories this year—Best Brand, Best Performance (Large Teams), and Best L&D Program—demonstrates our commitment to continuous improvement, even as we experience growth.
Thank you to our amazing community of healthcare workers and clients for their ongoing support, which drives everything we do.
The APSCo recognition reaffirms our efforts and fuels our commitment to excellence in everything we do.
We’re committed to building a happier healthcare workforce and creating a future where every conversation, every connection, and every act of care contributes to a healthier Australia.
Congratulations to everyone involved, and thank you for helping us achieve this milestone!
Together, we’re shaping a brighter future for healthcare across the country.
